![]() ![]() My advice would have been "reboot Windows", but you've already tried that without success. Why Windows is reporting a "sharing violation", I can't say. The file in question - pk232.txt - is a simple text file whose absence would only be problematic if you were using a PK232 to connect to a local packet cluster via VHF or UHF. A Google search of the error message finds nothing relevant. The only error message contained in your report is the above "A sharing violation occurred while copying the file" - a report that is unique in SpotCollector's 18-year history. Any suggestions? 73 - Damien F5RRS Here are a copy of ST6UNST.0xx error files ERROR FILE N☁ : *** ERROR: C:\Program Files (x86)\SpotCollector\TNCs\pk232.txt *** ERROR: A sharing violation occurred while copying the file. To resume : - This is this a new installation (SpotCollector has never been installed before on this PC) - Rebooting the PC several times - no other opened application or programm - Trying with SpotCollector folder deleted each time after installation failure / sometime not - I use only the DXLab Launcher for installation - No anti-malware running application. Commander and DXKeeper are fine but SpotCollector doesn't want to install. ![]() On Sun, at 06:30 AM, Damien F5RRS wrote: we are trying to install DXLab Suite on a new installation (Windows 10 with Intel i7 processor). ![]()
